I just received my middle weight classic style MC jacket and I'm very impressed by the whole experience of ordering! Your C.S. person was right on helping me size the jacket, the order was shipped EXACTLY as promised, followup by email was complete, timely and price was untouchable by other suppliers. The jacket is beautiful, quality is far better than I expected and it has even more features than advertised. A special surprise was a velcro scarf built in to keep the neck warm. The zip out lining is perfect for Houston's climate. The outer leather is like expensive glove leather: soft, pliable and it smells great! All this and free shipping? Come on....what's the catch? (Just kidding!) 100% good job!

I ordered and received merchandise fairly quickly! Although I had a mount kit send to me that was the wrong size, they quickly corrected the problem,emailed me a shipping label to return the wrong part, then packed up the right part and send it out!! Got it in just 2 days / normal shipping, I am very pleased. Attitude is everything!

I purchased a set of motorcycle saddlebags from Moto Leather. They arrived without any undue delay and in excellent condition. I did encounter a minor discrepancy regarding the description of the bags on Moto Leathers website and the bags delivered. I brought this to the attention of Moto Leather. They contacted the manufacturer, confirmed my information and immediately crafted an equitable remedy. I was very immpressed with not only the quality of the merchandise, but particularly the attention to customer service. They are one of the few merchants with whom I have dealt with on the internet who treat you as if they are your local storefront operation rather than some large impersonal warehouse. So far I can give them an unconditional recommendation.

This was my first purchase from Moto-leather and It was by accident I found them! I was in the Market for a ACE leather tool bag, I had bought one many years ago and was impressed at the quality and wanted another one so I did a google search and came up with a link to Moto-leather prices were very competitive! I found many items of interest and found exactly what I needed! The purchase itself was easy as pie and the shipping was a 2-3 day affair very good in my opinion! I bought a leather jacket and Moto Leather had the best price I could find. We did have a shipping problem, and when I called John, he did me right and had a new jacket out to me right away. I always worry about internet shopping with companies I've never done business with. From a customer service stand point alone, I would buy from Moto Leather again and I would recommend them to my friends. The bottom line is they offer a great price on their products and when it came to customer service, they put their money where their mouth is. Highly recommended!!!
