providing you with great service before, during, and after your
purchase. Part of this commitment is providing a safe and secure
shopping cart that processes your credit card and personal information
using the highest data encryption available currently. The other part of
our commitment to you is answering our phones during business hours,
returning messages quickly, and answering all e-mails promptly. Most
orders do ship the same day, but some may take as long as 48 hours to
ship. For items that are imported it may take slightly longer, but we
import items weekly directly to our location.
Moto Leather started in May 2003 and due to our commitment to providing
outstanding customer service and great product selection and competitive
pricing we have grown considerably. Our new state of the art customer
service center and warehouse is located in Chandler, AZ. If you are in

Return Policy
If at any time you received a wrong or
incompatible item due to Moto Leather's error please contact us and we
will rectify the situation right away at our expense.
Returns - All returns must be in new
condition. You have 30 days from when the item was delivered to you for
returns. For returns the customer will be refunded a store
credit minus 20% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable. Please note if you received free shipping on
the item we will deduct the original cost it cost us to ship to you from
the store credit as well.
Motorcycle Apparel Exchanges -
Motorcycle apparel this means jackets, chaps, vests, gloves, and
boots can be exchanges if they are in new condition with tags attached.
There is no restocking fee for apparel exchanges as long as still new,
never worn, and has tags still attached. The customer is
responsible to pay shipping of the exchanged item.
Due to allergies and safety issues we cannot accept returns or exchanges
that have smoke, perfume, or any other non-original scent. Scented
items will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's expense.
Shipping is non-refundable.
If your item is missing any parts you have 1 week to report this.
Items purchased in the close out section are not eligible for return or
exchange. All close out sales are final.
To return an item to Moto Leather for store credit you must make the package identifiable
for us. We suggest you print your e-mail confirmation and put it in the
box. Please include a note telling us why you want to return the item or
exchange. If it is an exchange tell us what you need in the note.
All hot deals which are items with "HOT DEAL" or "HOT DEALS" next to the item name are not returnable and cannot be exchanged.

Online Order Status:
Moto Leather understands that you will
want to know when your item has shipped and will want to be able to
track it. You will be made aware of your order status from purchase to
shipping by receiving e-mails from our automated tracking/status
systems.
When you place an order at Moto Leather whether it is online or by phone
you will receive an e-mail order confirmation. If there are any problems
with your order we will e-mail you promptly. If there are no problems
your next e-mail will be an order status with a link to a tracking
number to track your package.
The most common reason an order will be delayed is if your credit card
billing information does not match what your credit card company has on
file. In this case we will e-mail you asking to verify the billing
information. If needed we will call your bank to verify the information
over the phone to proceed with the order quickly.
You may receive additional e-mails telling you of status changes to your
order. Moto Leather likes to keep our customers informed of any delays
in shipping or back orders which are rare.
Fast Fill Rates:
The majority of our items ship the very same day they are
ordered. We understand no one wants to order a product thinking it is on the way
and then the products doesn't even ship on time. Your order will ship promptly
or you will be notified if the order will not ship within 48 hours.
BACKORDER POLICY
In the event items are back ordered you will be notified. You will have
the option to wait, change, or cancel the order. There is no restocking
fee for cancelled orders.
CREDIT CARD FRAUD
If our fraud department checks an order and the shipping address is not
listed on the credit card account, the order will be delayed. An e-mail
will then be sent to notify you of the delay and request you verify your
billing address. We will then call your bank to verify this billing
address. If you do not reply within 5 business days to a request to
verify your billing address the order will be cancelled.
SHIPPING METHODS
Our default shipping method is UPS Ground. Usually packages shipped with
this method arrive in 3-5 business days from when they shipped. Most
products ship the same business day they are ordered, but can take as
long as 2 - 3 days to ship.
Expedited Shipping - While most of our products ship the same day it can
take up to 2 or 3 days to ship out an order on occasion. If you order
expedited shipping we will contact you if your order will not ship out
the same day for approval.
International Orders
All international orders are charged before shipping. There can be a
delay in shipping if we have to wait for parts to arrive in our
warehouse to send out your entire order. Additional charges,
duties, or taxes from customs is the responsibility of the customer.
Military Shipping
Military APO/AFO type addresses are always welcome. Military orders with
APO/AFO type addresses do take longer for us to process. This is due to
custom forms and having to go through the line at the Post Office. So
please allow an additional 9 business days to process your orders. Your
orders will be shipped USPS Priority Mail and you will be charged
separately for actual shipping charges since your orders cost more to
ship.
